Talalay Global Launches New Latex Product

Latex foam producer Talalay Global has announced the launch of a proprietary latex product that allows latex to be used in the quilting layer of a mattress.
Manufactured with an improved continuous process and produced in rolls, EverCloud Plus is softer and offers more elasticity than other latex formulations making it easier to process through quilting machines.
“Our new EverCloud Plus is backed by our science-based design strategy and provides manufacturers with a product that is not only easier to work with, but also offers enhanced strength,” said Marc Navarre, CEO. “In developing the new formula, our team created a much softer feel and in a thinner profile giving manufacturers the ability to incorporate it into the quilting layer of mattresses where consumer will feel the benefits of latex immediately.”
In addition to the softness and pliability, the new formulation for EverCloud Plus is cosmetic grade. The same fine cell structure that allows for it to be used in makeup application results in easier processing through quilters.
The new product will be sold domestically and internationally, and will be available in quiltable rolls, toppers and lumbar support.
