CDG Accepting Entries for Eddie Awards

The Contemporary Design Group is accepting entries for the 2019 Edward Haimsohn Design Award. The "Eddie’s” recognize manufacturers who are producing outstanding and original design in home furnishings. Designs introduced in October 2018 or April 2019 are eligible.
Designs must meet the eligibility criteria which includes: an original design; the submission must be in production by the time of judging (December 2019); the submission must be introduced between September 1, 2018 – August 31, 2019.
An entry panel will determine the final nominees and a panel of judges will evaluate and score the finalists.
Early entry benefits are as follows:
— Designs that are entered before April 1, will receive the benefit of added promotion
— All CDG members will be alerted to Eddie award entries
— Designs will be featured in a lookbook that goes out to all CDG members prior
—Manufacturers will receive an acrylic sign that promotes your Eddie entry(s) in your showroom
Finalists and Winner will be recognized at the 2019 Contemporary Design Group Annual Conference.
