Classy Art to Showcase Tempered Glass Category at High Point

Wall art and décor resource Classy Art recently announced that its newest category, tempered glass, has driven significant volume amongst several major retailers as well as attributing to a good portion of the company’s growth.

The tempered glass product, introduced in January of 2018, is a high definition print with foil accents under glass. This wall décor is more modern in design and when hung appears to be floating on the wall. Classy Art offers the glass pieces in oversized versions, 50”x50” and 40”x60” depending on the imagery. The assortment contains imagery across all categories such as coastal, abstract, ethnic, animals, modern, nature, etc.

“When we launched this category, we were very diligent on researching the price and size that we offered as well as were very selective with the imagery,” said Gabriel Cohen, president and owner. “We made sure the value was there as well as the pricing for our dealers to have an advantage in the marketplace. We run approximately 17% below our closest competitor and offer a higher value by adding the foil accents as well as a proprietary hardware that make hanging these much easier than that of the competition.”

“This category has been challenging only from an inventory perspective as our systems have to be constantly tweaked to account for the overwhelming growth rate. I feel kind of like a drug dealer, once the dealer taste the tempered glass they cannot get enough of it! Needless to say, I am more than pleased with the success that this category has added to our business,” added Cohen.

Classy Art will be displaying the entire selection of this category at the upcoming High Point Furniture Market to include some brand-new images that were not offered in Vegas.

The company is using a large search light, projecting into the clouds, to notify guests of the showroom’s late hours. “We have many customers, industry friends and associates who know that we stay open late during market. We know it’s a long walk or shuttle ride for some to get to us after the working day, and I’d hate for them to arrive if we are closed.  I wanted an easy way for everyone to know that our bar and showroom were still open for business and all are invited. What better way than to leave the light on? Please follow the light and come join us,” said Cohen.

Classy Art is in located in space # 113 of the Center Point building at the corner of Hamilton and Russel. All are welcome to shop, relax and if you want to enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine or cold beer.
