Greenington Grabs IDA Award, Global Goodness Award

The International Design Awards (IDA) exists to recognize, celebrate and promote “legendary design visionaries.” Greenington is honored to join their ranks as an award-winner with its Skol bar stool, in the Design for Society/Eco-Sustainable Design category. The Skol is a high-performance consumer product integrating rapidly renewable solid bamboo with minimalist design to encourage sustainability with style.

Each year, Las Vegas Market and industry sustainability experts, select companies to honor for making the world a better place to live with their environmentally friendly manufacturing choices.

In addition to the IDA award, Greenington was recently recognized with Las Vegas Market’s 2019 Global Goodness Award for incorporating sustainable practices and social responsibility into their product manufacturing. The company utilizes one of the earth’s most sustainable and rapidly renewable resources, Moso bamboo.

A member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council since 2010, Greenington furniture continues to rise in popularity as consumer interest rises in purchasing quality and environmentally safe products for their home.
