Nebraska Furniture Mart Celebrates New Iowa Showroom
Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) has announced the grand opening of its new 26,000 square foot showroom in the Des Moines, Iowa market on March 28, marking with an official ribbon cutting ceremony.
Speakers at the 10 a.m. ceremony will include Mayor Scott Cirksena, Nebraska Furniture Mart President Tony Boldt, and Des Moines Store Director Tim Mullen.
Nebraska Furniture Mart opened its first Iowa location in 2009. Since then, the Nebraska-based home furnishings store has seen steady growth and will move to the new, larger store to meet increasing customer demand.
“We are very excited to be able to expand our product offerings in the Des Moines area with our new store location and we are proud to be a member of the Clive community,” said Tony Boldt. “Nebraska Furniture Mart is pleased to offer our wide selection of flooring, appliances, televisions and more in a one-stop shopping experience.”
The showroom includes newly expanded electronics and small appliances departments, new high-end appliance salons and an all-inclusive design center. The new location will also sell lawn care, snow removal and other seasonal power equipment.
With over 600 appliances on display and an additional 21,000 square feet of warehouse space, customers are certain to find what they need in one convenient location. The new customer pickup office brings added convenience by giving shoppers the option to pick up their merchandise without getting out of their cars.
