Watermark Living Expands Warranties

Casual furnishings resource Watermark Living has announced the expansion of warranties on its residential and contract outdoor furnishings.
The new warranty periods will apply to all indoor rattan and outdoor wicker/woven, cast and extruded aluminum items purchased after Jan. 1.
All frames purchased for residential use will be covered for five years, which is a two-year expansion from the previous three-year. On contract frames from Watermark Living, the frames will be warrantied for three years instead of the one-year warranty that was offered in the past.
“With upgrades in the quality level of our Watermark Living furniture frames, we are now able to extend warranties for the benefit of our customers,” said Chad Harper, national sales manager, Watermark Living. “This is another competitive advantage that elevates our already impressive product experience.”
The Watermark Living warranty covers the frames to be free from defect for the original residential use purchaser for the established time. If a manufacturer’s defect occurs, Watermark Living will repair or replace the item at the company’s discretion. Freight for the replacement is the responsibility of the original purchaser.
The warranty on residential finish continues to be three years with fabric elements warrantied for one year. Contract customers’ warranties are applicable for one year on both finish and fabric. Further details of this expanded warranty program can be accessed on the Watermark Living website.
