Swan Retail Taps Morone as National Account Manager for U.S. Operations

Swan Retail, a leading U.K. provider of retail management software for furniture stores (through the market leading FRS system), EPoS and ecommerce, has named Pete Morone as national account manager to the company’s U.S. operation, effective Jan. 21. 

Morone reports to Mark Jackson, Swan’s commercial manager for the FRS product and vp of retail systems in the U.S. 

“With Pete’s experience and knowledge of the home furnishings industry, we know that he is going to be a great asset to the business,” said Jackson. “Having a man on the ground demonstrates our commitment to the U.S. market.”

Based out of San Diego, Morone will be assisting Swan with sales of the FRS product and the potential for future websites and digital marketing services.

“Thank you all for the warm welcome! With my 20+ years in the retail software industry, I believe a key difference in the success of one company or the other, is its people, and from what I've seen and felt in the short time I've been with Swan, the right people are here,” said Morone during his first couple of days at Swan. “I'm looking forward to working with each of you, and at some point, meeting you all.”
