Las Vegas Market Announces Strong Pre-Registration and High Expectations for Winter Market

Las Vegas Market has announced strong early buyer registration and high expectations for its Winter 2019 Market, running Jan. 27 – 31.

“Las Vegas Market is a true total home experience in one easy-to-shop destination and buyer and designer pre-registration is pacing ahead in our core categories,” said Bob Maricich, CEO of International Market Centers. “As the leading home furnishings and gift market in the western U.S., Las Vegas Market is uniquely positioned to offer buyers, designers and exhibitors with West Coast-exclusive products and programming not available at other markets.”

Las Vegas Market will present more than 4,000 furniture, home décor and gift resources at Winter Market with 170+ new exhibitors in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits across campus. Additionally, Las Vegas Market provides retailers and designers with a platform to discover the latest trends, network with fellow thought-leaders and experience value-added activities.

The furniture category continues to grow at Las Vegas Market, even this week with a late commitment by Parker House, bringing the total of new, expanding and renewing showrooms confirmed for Winter Market to more than 140,000 square feet.

In home décor, more than 120,000 square feet of new and expanding showrooms are set to open this winter, adding to the Market’s one-million-plus square feet of home décor resources on 11 showroom floors in Buildings A, B and C, and temporary exhibitors in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market.

Las Vegas Design Center also will feature exclusive cross-category resources, including designer-centric furniture, fabrics, lighting, floor covering, wall décor, decorative accessories and kitchen and bath resources.

This January, bedding buyers will have access to the latest technology, fabrics and forms, and will receive a first-hand look at the latest bedding and sleep products with more than 50 showrooms providing a test-and-try. With representation from the top 14 bedding manufactures, Las Vegas Market will feature more than 100 bedding producers and sleep accessories producers across its campus.

Additionally, Las Vegas Market showcases more than 180 casual and outdoor furnishings lines. With two dedicated floors of casual/outdoor products, Las Vegas Market offers an assortment of resources, including metal, wood and woven furniture for dining and lounge, to fire pits, fountains and umbrellas.

Gift continues its upward trajectory with more than 2,700 permanent and temporary resources throughout campus, including 127,000+ square foot of new, expanding and relocating showrooms confirmed in Building C for Winter Market.

Temporary exhibit leasing is pacing at an all-time high with nearly 600 gift and home exhibitors expected in two Pavilions for Winter Market.
