Celebrated for residential designs featured on two HGTV House Hunters episodes, as well as creations for high-profile hotels, Ritchie has earned respect as a revolutionary thinker in the interior design arena. He owned and worked directly with furniture manufacturers for more than 20 years before entering the Washington D.C. interior design scene with the launch of his successful retail store, Industrial Home located in Maryland.
In his new role for Coda Industries, Ritchie adds direct manufacturing capabilities based in the U.S. to his resume. With direct manufacturing, Richie and the Zoltan team can expand and develop new opportunities for commercial, hospitality, and residential design projects along the East Coast.
Zoltan Design Co. can now design and manufacture commercial/contract grade furniture in quantity and tailored to the client’s unique needs. The company’s team of craftsmen and designers has become a one-stop shop for those looking to create beautiful, luxury spaces.
Previous and current projects include the Ritz Carlton, MGM Grand, Wynn Hotel Las Vegas, Hard Rock Hotel, Bellagio, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Starbucks, Oprah Winfrey's Los Angeles office, and Snapchat's corporate office.
