AmericasMart Grows Décor and Design Resources 

AmericasMart Atlanta, a leading wholesale marketplace that spans the décor and design spectrum has announced new and expanded showrooms and the new Commercial Design floor at the Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market, January 8 – 15, 2019.

With 22 showrooms opening, expanding and relocating on six floors additions include Wildwood and Chelsea House who are opening their first showroom locations outside of High Point, N.C. in Building 1, Floor 14.

As previously announced, Ashley Furniture joins the Market in Building 1, Floor 4 to showcase its trend-driven lifestyle product presentations. 

Additional new showrooms include: CW Design House Hospitality Habitat by Lia Shi, PS Luxury Design Hospitality Manufacturing and Worlds Away Hospitality on Floor 5; Eric & Christopher, Karma Living, Kevin O’Brien, Petal Lane Home, Scents & Feel and Van Cleve Collection on Floor 9; Celadon Art, Decorum and Marble Crafters on Floor 10; Beach Frames LLC & Steve Hayden on Floor 11, Dome Deco US on Floor 13 and WJC Design Inc. on Floor 14.

Additionally, three showrooms are expanding – Alicia Adams Alpaca on Floor 9, Pendulux on Floor 10 and Ella Home, Inc. on Floor 14 – and Moo Moo Designs relocates on Floor 9. 

According to a press release, design thought leaders are using the Market to showcase their collaborations with top manufacturers. Mark D. Sikes for Made Goods, Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Company for Loloi, Denise McGaha for Design Legacy by Kelly O’Neal, Jason Oliver Nixon and John Loecke from Madcap Cottage for Port 68 and Genevieve Gorder for Capel are just some of the designers presenting their lines this January. 

“AmericasMart’s Home collection continues to evolve as the ultimate hub for trend-driven home accents and home furnishings product on the East Coast,” notes Julie Messner, senior vice president of home furnishings leasing. “The January 2019 product presentation combined with exciting Market and exhibitor events makes it a must-attend event for home buyers.” 

The hallmark of The Atlanta International Area Rug Market (Jan. 9 -13, 2019) experience, America’s Magnificent Carpets Awards will again celebrate the best of the area rug industry on Thursday, Jan. 10 in the Museum of Introductions in Building 1, Floor 4. 

AmericasMart’s Building 1 Home collection is augmented by The Gardens casual furniture collection and other home furnishing lines showcased in Building 2. In addition to permanent showrooms, design-driven product is available in the temporary HD Home (Building 1, Floor 1), Antiques (Building 1, Floor 2), Fine Linens & Home Textiles (Building 1, Floor 7), Home Accents & Home Furnishings (Building 1, Floor 7), Decor | Light & Lifestyles (Building 1, Floor 7), High Design (Building 2, Floor 1) and High Design Luxe (Building 2, Floor 1) collections.
