LV Market Announces New and Returning Furniture Resources for Winter 2019

Las Vegas Market has announced new and returning furniture resources for the Winter 2019 Market, running Jan. 27 – Jan. 31.

In addition to Sunny Designs returning in a 13,837-square-foot showroom on B12, more than 125,000-square-feet of new, expanding, and renewing furniture showrooms are confirmed.

“Las Vegas Market is delighted to welcome back Sunny Designs, whose return adds to the Market’s ever-expanding roster of top-tier furniture companies,” said Scott Eckman, EVP of furniture and home décor leasing for International Market Centers. “As the leading home furnishings and gift market in the western U.S., Las Vegas Market continues to deliver an exciting, must-see shopping experience for buyers, designers and exhibitors.”

Sunny Designs was founded in 1980 and is a supplier of dining, entertainment, home office, bedroom, occasional and accent furniture products. The company owns warehouses in China, Indonesia, California and North Carolina.

“We are very happy to be returning to Las Vegas Market by popular demand. Our dealers spoke loudly and said they missed our presence in Las Vegas, and we missed them as well,” said Terrance Long, vp of operations for Sunny Designs. “Our showroom will be filled with ready-to-ship best-selling products that are tariff-free. We are very excited to be returning to Las Vegas Market and look forward to seeing our buyers again.”

Other furniture companies opening showrooms in time for the winter 2019 edition are Delta Children, a manufacturer of cribs and kids’ furniture, in 2,339 square feet on A7; and mattress suppliers Nectar Sleep, DreamCloud and Level Sleep, in 6,223 square feet on B13. These resources join previously announced furniture showroom launches for Americanstar, Liberty Furniture, Night & Day, Southern Motion/Fusion Furniture, Sealy Sofabeds and Sharelle Furnishings.

Existing furniture tenant International Furniture Direct, a provider of quality case goods, will be expanding into 20,000 square feet on A8. Additionally, a number of major suppliers have renewed their commitments for January Market, including Ashley Furniture; Bush Industries; Décor-Rest; Innova Sleep Systems; Kinfine; Pangea Home and Therapedic.

In addition to showrooms, furniture temporary exhibits can be found on B2 and in the Pavilions. New and notable exhibitors on B2 include: Desert Digs Furniture; Fusion Designs; Lambor Furnishings; Mako Wood Furniture; Meximuebles; Simply Amish; Steve Silver Company; The Bunk Room; The Chair Shop and Witmer Furniture. Notable furniture resources in Pavilion 2’s Home, Design Home and Discoveries categories include: Boga Oriental Rugs; D-Home; Djem Unique Designs; Indus Designs and Uber Chic Home.
