Nice Link Showcases Vintage Remix for ITA Showtime

In addition to the Vintage Remix collection, Nice Link is introducing three other collections from Echo Essentials. Each has unique styling yet broad appeal for its presentation of colors, patterns and textures that capture contemporary aesthetic and blend traditional, ethnic and bold themes. The other collections are named Relax & Recharge, Global Entry and High Drama.

“This season’s collections from Echo Essentials are among the best we’ve brought forward because of the creativity and craftsmanship of each group that truly showcase the talents and heart and soul of our international design team,” said Jay Carlson, Nice Link President.

The Vintage Remix collection combines the tactile textures of Cali-Modern with traditional shaker style. Vintage Remix shows off the contrast of a timeless yet current mix of ethnic and contemporary designs and is inspired by both vintage textiles and mid-century modern geometrics.

“We chose to feature a lilac-indigo coloration that mixes well with whites and gray,” said Stephanie Puckett, vice president of textile design. “The beauty in this collection is really from the close-up detail of intricate weaves mixing with different novelty yarns to create a depth of texture and richness.”

The grouping of the collection is paired with two new value-priced body cloths—Amazing and Dream Team. Dream Team has a dry, cotton-like chenille with extremely low pile to create a clean-looking body cloth that is accented by the slubby dobbie warp it is woven on. Amazing has a slightly higher pile chenille that reflects light. It is more of a velvet type of chenille that is paired with a matching slub yarn that runs alongside the chenille yarn and accented by a more contrasting textured warp that creates a grasscloth-type weave.

Many of the pillow patterns were inspired by ethnic rugs, and tribal designs using non-traditional colorations to create texture, resulting in an updated, on-trend look.

The Relax & Recharge collection is designed to help build a solid foundation to enhance the space and create a restful oasis. The nature motifs such as tropical leaves and over-scaled florals are complemented with more contemporary geometrics. The uplifting color palettes and whimsical nature of these fabrics can inspire an outdoor excursion or a relaxing staycation.

Influences from around the world are captured in the Global Entry collection to create a textural and sophisticated room setting. Cultural influences from Asia and Africa are composed in a modern way to create a mix of textures and earthy tones.

True to its name, the High Drama collection is about bold contrast, and saturated colors to create mix and match patterns for a bold statement.
