Las Vegas Market Expands Furniture Resources for Winter Market

Las Vegas Market has announced that an additional 50,000 square feet of showroom space is confirmed for 2019 Las Vegas Winter Market.

“The furniture category continues to grow at Las Vegas Market, with a number of new, expanding and renewing exhibitors already confirmed for Winter Market,” said Ryan Mahoney, SVP of furniture leasing for International Market Centers. “Las Vegas Market offers a diverse selection of home furnishings lines and continues to deliver a dynamic shopping experience for buyers, designers and exhibitors alike.”

New-to-market furniture resources include: Liberty Furniture, a supplier of wood products including bedroom, dining, entertainment, occasional and home office, in 9,200 square feet on A7; and Americanstar, a provider of conventional and European pillow-top mattresses, in 2,500 square feet on B11.

Additionally, several existing furniture tenants are expanding their showrooms for Winter Market. Motion furniture manufacturer Southern Motion is expanding by 10,000 square feet on B10 to showcase stationary upholstery by Fusion Furniture. Southern Motion acquired Fusion Furniture earlier this year and is bringing its product line to Las Vegas Market for the first time this winter. Night & Day, a provider of bedroom, futon and daybed, and mattress products, is relocating and expanding to 6,200 square feet on B8; and Sealy Sofabeds, manufacturer of high-quality mattresses, is relocating and expanding to 6,070 square feet on B10.

A variety of furniture styles will also be available at Winter Market. On B7, Sharelle Furnishings will showcase high-end modern furniture designs including dining, bedroom, and office in their 2,500-square-foot showroom. Additionally, Ashley Furniture is bringing new product to its 150,000 square feet of showroom spaces on B14 and B15. Ashley’s lifestyle collections will showcase product introductions that include contemporary, farmhouse, traditional and Boho, as well as metro and urban designs.

“In our Las Vegas versus High Point Market showrooms — we never do the same thing twice,” said Rick Coppola, president of sales, U.S. and Canada for Ashley. “Every market is different, innovative and trendsetting. We change the floorplan, the products shown and the selection at every event. With Ashley, it’s not about east versus west — it’s about what will make our dealers successful with ever-changing consumer demands.”
