OW Lee Names 2018 Sales Rep of the Year

High-end outdoor furniture resource OW Lee presented Dave Digirolamo and Jeff Glarrow with the Sales Rep of the Year Award for 2018.

The presentation was made during a sales meeting dinner at Harry Carey’s Steakhouse during the International Casual Furniture Market in Chicago.

Dave Digirolamo has been selling O.W. Lee since 1994 and has successfully developed the company in the Northern Calif. and Northern Nev. regions. Digirolamo started out in the business working for his father, Joe, who was also an esteemed sales representative working in the casual furniture industry.  Glarrow joined Dave Digirolamo & Assoc. in 2013 and has further strengthened and built new customer relationships in the eastern part of the territory.

“Dave D. and Jeff were the clear choices for the award this year,” said Terri Lee Rogers, vp of sales and president of OW Lee. “Their professionalism and commitment to OW Lee is exceptional and they had astounding sales growth for the 2018 season.”

The sales rep of the year is decided collectively by the staff with regards to specific criteria. The award winner must work with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service possible. They are supportive of every team member and works towards individual and company goals. They have a positive attitude and are respected by peers. The winner balances service with sales to ensure a great customer experience.
