Mill Collective Expansion at Plant Seven Planned for HP Market

Multi-exhibitor showroom Mill Collective will ramp up its presence this Fall, with the launch of a new brand identity, website, vendors and programming, at Plant Seven, High Point’s new center for culture and innovation, located at 410 W. English Rd, Shuttle Stop 27 (Red Line).

A unique resource for interior designers, architects and dealers, Mill Collective (formerly known as Mill Village Collective) has abbreviated its name and modernized its branding at the just-launched website millcollective.com.

Market attendees will find new vendors, including Skram Furniture, Miles & May Furniture Works, Cricket Radio Interiors, and returning exhibitors like BuzziSpace, Elijah Leed, Eugene Stoltzfus Furniture Design, and Sobremesa by Greenheart.

To accommodating new exhibitors, Mill Collective has expanded to 21,000 square feet from 15,000 square feet occupied at the Spring Market.

Located in the former Union Square building, now Plant Seven, Mill Collective will continue its focus at the biannual trade fair as a showcase for custom furnishings resources, sustainable product suppliers and innovative design.

Mill Collective is open to all registered Market attendees from Fri., Oct. 12, through Wed., Oct. 17.

An opening reception on Fri., Oct. 12, from 6- 9 pm, will kick off the trade show and celebrate the first-phase launch of Plant Seven with the introduction of Material ConneXion to Market goers.

Showroom hours, events and programming scheduled during Market are listed online at millcollective.com/events/.

Hospitality at Market (HAM) guests are invited to discover multiple hospitality suppliers, and to mingle during special programmed events on  Sunday and Monday from 2-3 p.m.

Dr. Andrew Dent, executive vp of research and chief material scientist for Material ConneXion, is the High Point Market Keynote Series speaker on Mon., Oct. 15, 4-5 pm, in the High Point Theatre. His talk examines the role materials play in the home environment. Dr. Dent will be on hand to greet visitors to the new Material ConneXion library at Plant Seven on Sunday and Monday, Oct. 14-15.
