Eclipse Partners with Talalay Global to Expand Bliss Line Globally

Initially, 12 Eclipse licensees, ten in the U.S. and two in Canada, will begin production of the Bliss line next month. The agreement is for future expansion through the company’s entire 65 international licensees across 39 countries.

“Talalay Bliss is a terrific brand in our portfolio that has not been developed fully over the years because our expertise is in OEM manufacturing and not retail. We have been working with Eclipse and its licensees for many years through our Saatva relationship and are impressed with the group’s understanding of the retail marketplace, as well as their focus on quality and service,” said Marc Navarre, CEO of Talalay Global. “This partnership allows us to focus on our OEM relationships and allow those experienced in retail, to further develop this brand.”

The Pure Talalay Bliss line of premium latex sleep products was founded nearly a decade ago and is sold to mattress specialty stores and home furnishings retailers throughout the U.S. and several foreign countries. Under terms of the partnership, Eclipse will only be handling the manufacturing and distribution of mattresses. Pillows and toppers will continue to be sold directly by Talalay Global and they plan to continue development of innovative new products.
