HBF Partners with Designer Mario Ruiz to Update Costa Line

HBF has announced the relaunch of its Costa line of conference and training tables, designed by Mario Ruiz.

The Costa Collection was created to address the needs of the constantly changing multi-purpose conference area with table options that are easily moved and reconfigured. For 2018, the collection has been refreshed with a modern offering of finishes that lend an updated aesthetic to this classic collection.

“At HBF, we aspire to offer designers collections that will last a lifetime, both in terms of quality and look,” said Dan Chong, president. “Costa is as relevant today as it was when it was launched earlier in the 2000’s. By revamping and expanding it with new variants, we’re able to expose a new audience to this timeless piece.”

Costa provides reconfigurable modularity and flexibility of use. The simple, intuitive design enables the user to efficiently manage the everyday demands of setting up and reconfiguring a meeting room. The nesting feature and tilt-top option of the tables provide a quick transition to storage and minimization of space.

Other features of the Costa series include: locking casters or glides, metal legs, modesty options, optional built-in power, and solid wood finishes. In line with the company’s commitment to sustainability, Costa is both level and SCS Indoor Advantage certified.

HBF relaunched Costa alongside a wide portfolio of 2018 releases at NeoCon from June 11 – 13 at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart in Showroom 387.
