OW Lee Creates New Training Program

OW Lee, manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, fire pits, and accessories, has announced a new training program for retail sales associates.

The interactive training program is made up of six comprehensive lessons which can be viewed on a computer, tablet, or phone. These lessons cover the unique aspects of OW Lee that help sell the brand, product knowledge and general industry terminology, ordering options, and offers advice on how to best present the brand to the customer. To make this program the best tool possible for the retailer, OW Lee employed the help of experts in the field of instructional design and learning science.

“I am excited to get this program out there in the hands of the retailers and the salespeople selling our furniture every day,” said Leisa McCollister, vp of marketing. “I think dealers who embrace this program will see tangible results in the form of increased sales.”
