Art Van Opens 7th Indiana Showroom

Art Van Furniture will mark the addition of its seventh Indiana store with two grand opening celebrations, July 26 and 28.
The 38,000 square foot, completely remodeled store is in the Village Commons Shopping Center at 5476 E. Indiana St., Evansville, Indiana.
“We believe that shopping for furniture should be easy, enjoyable and inspiring, and that is the experience we are bringing to Evansville residents,” said Ron Boire, president and CEO of Art Van Furniture. “We hope to become their favorite destination when enhancing and reinventing their living spaces.”
An official ribbon cutting celebration will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 26, attended by Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke, Southwest Indiana Chamber members, and other local dignitaries. Mike McCord, franchise owner of the Art Van Furniture store in Evansville and a furniture industry veteran, as well as other Art Van Furniture executives will also be in attendance.
On Saturday, July 28, the public is invited to tour the store as well as enjoy music, refreshments, giveaways, face painting and more starting at 9 a.m.
The new store features several of Art Van Furniture’s departments, including Art Van PureSleep, Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines, Urban, Outlet, La-Z-Boy and Cindy Crawford Home.
Evansville residents can also shop online at artvan.com. The company’s website features daily hot buys and closeouts, special living room packages and the ability to chat live with an Art Van Furniture sales associate. Individuals can also sign up to become an Art Van VIP to receive exclusive offers and attend private VIP events.
