Spring Air Welcomes Lahiff as Customer Service Coordinator

Mattress manufacturer Spring Air International has appointed Taylor Lahiff to customer service coordinator, expanding its customer service department to meet the demands of ongoing growth.
Reporting to Spring Air President Nick Bates, Lahiff will oversee order entry and fulfillment for national accounts, customer service and work with Spring Air factories on product returns.
“We’re very excited about the skill set Taylor is bringing to Spring Air, our retail customers and factory partners. Our business is growing, and we’re in the midst of bringing on new licensees more strategically aligned with our focus. That, coupled with our recent rollout with Mattress Firm, requires us to have a best-in-class team to exceed our partners’ expectations,” said Bates.
Lahiff spent most of her professional career in the education sector, most recently as an executive with EDCO, a collaborative overseen by 16 Boston-area school districts that provide a range of services for educators, students with disabilities, and at-risk students.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Sodexo, the company that operates dining hall services at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Mass.
A resident of Waltham, Mass., Lahiff is a graduate of Bridgewater State, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history and special education.
