Liberty Launches New Website, Reports Revenue Growth and Customer Engagement

Liberty Furniture released a new website in June to increase traffic, revenue and conversion growth.

With a strong customer-focus, the website allows retailers and sales reps to browse the company’s entire product portfolio, place orders, and manage all aspects of their business.

Digital agency Whereoware designed and built the website on WOWCommerce, an internally-developed website package for feature-rich and personalized Episerver websites. Whereoware also built previous websites for Liberty Furniture in both 2011 and 2006.

“We are trying to help our retailers jump into the next industrial revolution, and our great partners at Whereoware make this possible,” said Jason Brian, president and CEO of Liberty Furniture Industries, Inc.

Featuring lifestyle and room photography, alternative product views, and product videos for easy product viewing, the site also has informative product descriptions, real-time inventory, and helpful assembly information. Whereoware’s internally developed product information management system, Product FastLane, powers all product imagery and data on the website.

“From day one, Liberty Furniture’s focus was giving their retailers and sales reps the best possible online buying experience,” said Joe Harris, partner and vp of website development at Whereoware.

“We achieved this goal through compelling product imagery, feature-filled retailer and sales rep portals, website personalization, and comprehensive reporting functionality. Plus, the fact that it’s mobile-friendly extends the use of the site,” added Harris.

The website features best-in-class search engine optimization (SEO), and is supported by Whereoware with digital marketing and analytics. The site integrates with Liberty Furniture’s ERP system and their field sales mobile application Spotlight, a Whereoware product.
