Twin Star Home Supports City of Hope at West Coast Fundraiser

Twin Star Home continued their 10-year commitment of supporting California-based research center City of Hope at their recent West Coast event and auction.
City of Hope’s fundraiser, held annually in June, consists of a golf and tennis tournament and concludes with an auction. Proceeds from the event go directly to the not-for-profits’ clinical research center, which designates the funds for cancer-curing research.
Each year, Twin Star Home donates a high-end, all-wood marble-top wine cooler to the live auction. The unit features dual zone cooling for both red and white wines and holds 24 bottles. This year the company partnered with California-based Nadar’s La Popular Furniture and the Nadar family, who donated multiple bottles of wine for inclusion with the wine cooler. This package was the featured live auction item of the night and was sold to the high bidder for $4,500.

City of Hope is a private, not-for-profit clinical research center, hospital, and graduate medical school located in Duarte, Calif. The organization is a world leader in the research and treatment of cancer, diabetes, and other serious diseases.
