New and Expanding Showrooms at Las Vegas Market

The latest additions follow previously announced gains of more than 85,000 square feet of Summer 2018 showroom space, bringing the total for the forthcoming Market to 213,000-plus square feet.

“Las Vegas Market continues to amplify the quality, quantity, and diversity of resources in its furniture category, maintaining a commanding momentum in this already dominant segment,” said Julie Messner, senior vice president of furniture and home décor leasing, International Market Centers.

“Las Vegas Market is a proven draw for the most dynamic and distinctive resources in the industry, building upon its track record by delivering an exciting, must-see shopping experience for retailers and designers alike,” she added.

Four new-to-Market furniture resources are opening showrooms, totaling 18,000 square feet of Market debut: Istikbal, Roberto Grassie, Furniture Care Protection, and Vintage Furniture. Additionally, two furniture resources are expanding their showrooms: Aeon Furniture and VIG Furniture.

Seven leading showrooms are renewing their commitments for approximately 102,000 square feet of existing space. The largest of these renewals is Coaster Fine Furniture; other renewals include Donco Trading Company, Greenington, Handy Living, Holland House, Patiologic, and Propac Images.
