Witteveen Joins A.R.T. Furniture

Jon Witteveen has joined A.R.T. Furniture and has been named senior director, design & product development.
He will report to Doug Rozenboom, senior vice president, merchandising & marketing.
Witteveen’s responsibilities include leading product development from creative and design, up through production, while working with suppliers throughout the design and development process.
“Jon’s past experience in the home furnishings industry, creative ability to bring product from concept to final execution, along with his ability to understand pricing and margins, while staying on task and keeping up with trends made him the perfect addition to our team,” said Rozenboom. “I am thrilled he wanted to work with me and rejoin A.R.T. Furniture.”

Witteveen was most recently at Hooker Furniture and has worked with Samson International, Bassett Furniture, Magnussen Home Furnishings and has also had his own design, product development and sourcing firm. He will be based in High Point, N.C.
