BDI Recognizes Sales Achievement with Inaugural Excellence Awards

The BDI Excellence Award recognizes the BDI sales representative who achieves the highest level of growth over their projected budget within their territories, as well as maintaining the highest level of service and integrity.

The winners are selected by members of BDI’s sales management, customer service, and marketing teams. 

“Without the hard work and dedication of our sales representatives, our beautiful designs wouldn’t make it onto the retail sales floors, and ultimately into the homes of consumers,” said David Stewart, vice president of sales. “They are the main point of contact between our company and our retail partners that sell our products. Year after year, we see just how strong those relationships are. BDI would not be where it is today without their commitment to our company.”

For the inaugural awards, three sales teams were recognized in a ceremony prior to the start of the spring High Point Market. This year’s recipients were: Glenn and Regan Paluch of Summit Mercantile (Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico territory); Liz and Ken Loh of KCL Sales (Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Delaware territory); and Nancy Hansbrough and Connie Griffith of Modecon (Florida territory).

“Each of these sales professionals has been a part of the BDI family for many years, and they consistently demonstrate a commitment to further the BDI brand and product representation within their territories,” said Lorri Kelley, president. “We are very proud of their achievements and the commitment to excellence they bring to BDI. It is a true pleasure to recognize their exceptional performance.”
