Nominations Open for 30th Annual ARTS Awards

Dallas Market Center and ART, the creative home furnishings network, has announced that nominations are officially open for the 30th Annual ARTS Awards.

The ARTS Awards, presented each January during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, is the premier international awards program dedicated to home industry excellence and achievement in retailing, manufacturing, design, and sales representation.

“For three decades, the ARTS Awards has served as a program to recognize the creativity and hard work across all segments of home décor,” says Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “We welcome nominations to create an inspiring and robust list of finalists for the event’s 30th anniversary.”

The ARTS Awards honors home industry leaders and professionals, beginning with the nomination of retailers, manufacturers, designers, and sales representatives.

Nominations are received online at dallasmarketcenter.com/ArtsAwards/nominations/ now through June 27, 2018.

After nominations are received, a nomination committee of industry peers evaluates the entries and determines finalists. A separate judging panel then convenes in Dallas in the fall to review and score finalists’ materials.

Winners will be announced during a gala event on Friday, Jan. 18, 2019. Neither membership in ART nor representation at Dallas Market Center is necessary to nominate or to be a nominee.

Nominations are being accepted in the following ARTS Awards categories: Manufacturer Awards; Retailer; Sales Representative;

Designer (interior and product); Academy of Achievement.
