Man Wah’s Mechanism Division Relocates HP Showroom

Major supplier Remacro Machinery & Technology (RMT) is moving to a new showroom in time for the High Point Spring Market, April 14-18.

The new location is next to the IHFC building at 207 South Main Street.

The new showroom will open on April 12 and will feature new and innovative products to the trade including a new version of the company’s zerowall, manual, power and duel-motor as well as a new duel-motor lift chair.

Mick Dong, regional sales manager at RMT said, “Our new location in the heart of the High Point Market will enable our customers to visit and be exposed to new and exciting products. It is important for RMT to continue supplying our customers and partners with exceptional service. This new showroom and location will be one more way to make it easy for our customers.”

RMT has been supplying the industry with mechanisms for recliners, wall huggers, gliders, theater and zerowall seating for nearly seven years. Products are manufactured in the company’s China-based factory, which is over 1.8 million square-feet and has a capacity of over 1 million seat sets monthly.

RMT built 4 UL listed actuator production lines since 2016 with a monthly capacity of 25,000 actuators and another potential monthly capacity of 250,000 actuators in the same building. This division of RMT also manufacturers related electrical parts such as controlling systems for motion furniture.

RMT has over 80 patents on various mechanisms to date.

The company has 2 warehousing partners in the U.S.
