Zuo Releases Free 3D Models & 360 Experience Interactive Room Designs

Contemporary furniture resource Zuo has announced it will launch free enhanced digital technology, including 3D Models and 360 Experience Room Designs, during the January 2018 Markets.

Atlanta Gift & Home Furnishings Market attendees are the first to test the 360 Experience this week with 20 interactive room settings, offering customers the ability to virtually walk through shoppable living, dining and bedroom room scenarios.

Zuo’s Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas showrooms will debut digital media centers, including four oversized 19-inch Samsung tablets, housing their new 360 rooms, enhancing Zuo’s indoor furniture, lighting and home décor products.

The company said the 360 Experience is easy to use and is best-viewed using tablets and smartphones. Consumer and trade user-friendly, the technology makes it easy to navigate between interactive rooms while zooming in to view and experience shoppable products. The room settings provide a showcase of patterns, textures and finishes.

Each room includes bold pink tags calling out the products that hyperlink to the www.zuomod.com website. Users can then save or forward their favorite images, confirm details or measurements and access additional spec information.

For trade customers, Zuo designed more than 300 3D Models that are as easy to add as a media asset, making it possible to embed into trade websites and online stores.

The company said it aims to set itself apart from other manufactures in 2018 by using the new technology and said it sees the growth and branding opportunities as their customers become more familiar with the technology.

CEO Luis Ruesga said, “We live in a fast-paced and digital world. The constant use of our phones, tablets and laptops is now the norm. With all our daily demands, digital tools enhance our everyday lives.”

“Since we launched our digital app in 2016, Zuo is committed to be a leader in digital media by adding technology to our furniture industry. Over the last 18 months we pushed our in-house team to develop new cutting-edge ways to enhance our products, make shopping more convenient, easier and more fun. Our new technology is also entirely free to customers to help augment their digital sales,” Ruesga added.
