Global Summit Draws 25 Spring Air International Licensees

Representatives from 25 countries were on hand for Spring Air’s 8th annual Global Summit Conference recently in Taipei, Taiwan, where they received reports on the mattress producer’s success in 2017 and its plans for the new year.

During the conference, Nick Bates, president of Spring Air International, discussed recent initiatives that included interactive website to engage consumers through improved search engine optimization (SEO), a new customer relationship management system, and a more active social media presence to leverage conversations with consumers.

Each licensee also provided the group with an update on their individual businesses and shared best practices.

“This is a very important annual meeting for us because it not only allows for critical thought-leadership and best practice exchange, but enables us to present our new programs and share our success,” Bates said. “For most of our international licensees, Spring Air is their leading brand. The cache of carrying our well-regarded American brand is a key factor in the success of their businesses, so knowing our plans and product is intrinsic to their success.”

In 2018, the conference will be held in Dubai, and in 2019, the group will meet in Cologne, Germany.

“Our time together is critical to the success of Spring Air,” said Eric Spitzer, chief operating officer of Spring Air International. “We have the strongest international network totally committed to the brand, and that network continues to grow at an unprecedented pace. Our plans for growth in 2018 are on schedule for building our licensing group.”
