Brooklyn Bedding to Open Las Vegas Showroom

It will mark the first time the Phoenix-based company has exhibited at a major furniture market.

The company said its 2,500 square-foot showroom in space B-1022 will be ready for this month’s market, which takes place Jan. 28-Feb. 1.

“We're looking forward to expanding our business by manufacturing mattresses for both online and traditional retailers who want to either leverage the Brooklyn Bedding brand or sell bedding under a private label,” said John Merwin, owner and CEO. "We're one of the few retailers in the mattress industry to manufacture our own products. That difference has allowed us to lead the industry in direct to consumer innovation while remaining flexible to market demand.”

Brooklyn Bedding will display more than a dozen models in all sizes of varying firmness in the new showroom. The lineup will include a new opening price point mattress, a hybrid version of the Brooklyn Signature, the brand's number one selling online mattress, and the new Brooklyn Aurora, a high-end hybrid mattress with patented cooling technology that was launched in November.

The entire lineup can be compressed and shipped as a bed-in-a-box, Merwin said.
