Raffel Systems, a producer of electronic components for motion upholstery and bedding, has revamped its website to make it more user-friendly for manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
In addition to showcasing the company’s growing list of products, the redesigned site allows consumers to reach Raffel customer support directly, either by phone or email if they need help beyond the FAQs section.
“We pride ourselves in coming up with new ways to give our customers a competitive edge, and new ways to give consumers extra comfort and convenience,” said Paul Stangl, president of the Germantown, Wis.-based company. “Now we have a website that is easy to use for our customers and theirs -- and as innovative as we are.”
Raffel’s seating products for the home and cinema markets include motion controls, charging and power solutions, massage and heat, lift controls, wireless technology and accessories. All functions can be operated by installed or handheld controls, or Bluetooth-enabled apps for phones and tablets.
The company’s signature product is a customizable cup holder with sleek design integrating everything from motion controls to USB charging.
The company’s bedding products include accent lighting, heat and massage systems, Bluetooth speakers, built-in charging and power supply solutions, and add-on stands and accessories.
