HPMA Calls for Submissions, Sponsorships for Design Bloggers Tour

The High Point Market Authority (HPMA) is partnering again with Esteem Media to develop a Design Bloggers Tour for the 2018 Spring Market and is now calling for submissions from bloggers and social media influencers interested in being considered for the tour.

Submissions for sponsorships from exhibitors are also being accepted.

A group of 10 leading design bloggers will be chosen to visit sponsoring showrooms for an up-close look at the exhibitors’ company, showroom and products during a 45-minute presentation and tour.

The tour will kick off on Sunday, April 15, and end on Monday, April 16.

“This program just keeps getting better and better” said Esteem Media’s founder Adam Japko.  “From the reach of participating bloggers to the quality of the content produced to the immersive experience provided by exhibitors during the tours, it’s something I’m proud to be a part of.”

“This unique project is a natural extension of our Design Bloggers Conference project, designed to promote quality online design content and community building. It’s a thrilling program which benefits all involved, with both participating bloggers and exhibitors receiving great exposure,” Japko continued.

“Without a doubt, this was my best market experience yet, and it's all thanks to the Design Bloggers Tour,” said Anne Sage of annesage.com.

“There's definitely something to be said for getting the VIP treatment wherever you go!”

“Not only did we gain unparalleled access to brands and their marketing reps — which made for some amazing relationship-building opportunities that I wouldn't otherwise have had — but we also got the inside scoop from several designers themselves. Receiving a personal tour of the Tomlinson showroom with Barry Dixon was a dream come true,” Sage continued.

“Most importantly, I got to see market not only through my eyes but through the eyes of my fellow design bloggers, leading me to gain a new appreciation for trends and inspiration that I may not have noticed on my own. Plus, we had so much fun together! I cannot recommend the experience highly enough,” Sage said.

The form will be available at www.highpointmarket.org/event/design-blogger-tour until Thursday, Jan. 25.

Exhibitors interested in learning more about the program and its sponsorship opportunities can email marketing@highpointmarket.org.

The sponsorship deadline is Thursday, March 1.
