Eight Furniture Showrooms Added to Vegas Market Roster

Eight first-time exhibitors will be among the more than 30 new, expanded and renovated furniture showrooms that will be open for next month’s Las Vegas Market.

Market organizers said the group represents about 190,000 square feet of exhibit space.

The eight furniture resources making their Las Vegas Market debut are:  Aria Designs, (upholstery, leather, accent furniture) in 2,686 square feet on A10; CBD Furniture, (upholstery, bedding, mattresses) in 5,090 square feet on B8; Dimplex North America, (media consoles, electric fireplaces) in 2,795 square feet on A10; Logicdata, (motion furniture hardware and software) in 2,061 square feet on B9; Nest Home Collections, (case goods, accessories) in 2,604 square feet B1; Serveco, (furniture protection, cleaning) in 402 square feet on A9; and Vilo Home, (case goods, accessories) in 3,813 square feet on B12; and Bernards Furniture and Bauhaus Furniture Group (case goods, upholstery, furniture) will debut a new 10,000 square foot showroom on A7.

“Las Vegas Market continues to occupy a dominant position within the furniture industry, offering unparalleled access to a large and well-established furniture buyer base,” said Scott Eckman, president of furniture and home décor leasing and chief strategy officer at International Market Centers.  “The Market also attracts a unique West Coast buyer base as 90% of the buyers who come to Las Vegas Market do not attend High Point Market. Additionally, interior designer attendance continues to grow as well.”

In addition, six furniture and bedding firms are expanding their showrooms for Winter Market.  The list includes: Brandsource, (furniture, bedding) relocating to 998 square feet on A8; Casa Solutions, (bedding, mattresses) expanding to 2,338 square feet on A7; Corsicana, (mattresses) expanding to 10,000 square feet on B13; and Target Marketing Systems, (case goods, upholstery) expanding to 7,788 square feet on B8.

In Building C, Customatic (bedding) and Mantua (bedding) are combining showrooms and expanding to 8,818 square feet on C14.

Those are in addition to previously announced expansions by Cheers/Man Wah, Furniture of America and La-Z-Boy Casegoods/England.

Cheers/Man Wah is relocating and doubling its showroom size to 40,000 square feet on B5; Furniture of America is expanding its showroom space by 250% and unveiling a new 70,000-square-foot-location on B14; and La-Z-Boy Casegoods/England (American Drew, Hammary/Kincaid) is expanding to 28,648 square feet on B5.

The Winter Market takes place Jan. 28-Feb. 1.
