Last week, San Francisco-based home shopping marketplace Trulia announced the addition of the Trulia Design Panel. The expert group of interior designers, home stagers and organizers will provide useful design insights and home décor advice to buyers and renters.
"Finding a place where you'll love to live often requires trade-offs. While you may not be able to change the neighborhood easily, you can definitely remodel or redesign a home to fit your needs and style" said Lynnette Bruno, Trulia's vice president of communications and research.
"With the Trulia Design Panel, we hope to provide prospective buyers, renters and homeowners with the home décor advice that they need to make their house a home."
The Trulia Design Panel features the following experts:
- Interior designer Becki Owens from San Clemente, Calif.
- Miami interior designers Jay Britto and David Charette of Britto Charette
- Interior designer Hannah Crowell of Crowell & Co. from Nashville, Tenn.
- Professional organizer Layne Brookshire, of Ms. Placed, from Austin, Texas.
Starting this month, the Trulia Design Panel will publish a monthly series of articles to share their home design and décor insights and tips on a variety of topics, from their predictions for 2018 to quick renovation tips and tricks on a budget.
In the first of the series, the panel breaks down the iconic styles of the cities each call home – from Miami's modernism to San Clemente's coastal style with a modern twist – and explain how to replicate those looks in your own home.
The first of the Trulia Design Panel series can be found by visiting the Trulia blog, here.
