The next edition of the Canadian Furniture Show will take place May 25-27, and once again will be held at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, just outside Toronto.
Show organizers said next year’s show will focus on current trends and new products, and they’re expecting the event to attract thousands of buyers from across Canada and abroad.
“Visitors are increasingly interested in discovering trends and new products, showcased by top-notch exhibitors,” said Pierre Richard, the president and CEO of the show. “Since 2015, we have been making changes and adjustments to the event based on the results of our annual surveys. The 2018 show will focus on quality exhibitors, as well as on promoting their new products and displaying the latest trends."
“We will also continue to provide visitors with hotel room discounts and we will draw free accommodation packages. We are sparing no effort to attract visitors,” said Richard.
He said about 75% of the show’s visitors do not attend either High Point Market or the Las Vegas Market, and nearly 80% of exhibitors do not participate in those events.
“Thus, the Canadian Furniture Show offers interesting business opportunities by attracting new exhibitors and new visitors. It also leads to building customer loyalty, opening new accounts, and booking orders,” said Richard.
Companies interested in reserving exhibit space can visit the show’s website or contact sales director Simon Harris at sharris@canadianfurnitureshow.com or (866) 468-4436, extension 208.
Founded in 1972, the show is produced by the Quebec Furniture Manufacturers Assn.
