Popular Hotel Promotion Returns for Vegas Winter Market

Market officials said the promotion spotlights the 27 official market hotels and the reservation system maintained by housing partner Connections Housing.

The grand prize winner will receive complementary hotel stays for the Winter and Summer markets in 2018, plus complementary airfare and airport transfers for two to the Summer market.

Other prizes include complimentary hotel rooms for up to five nights during Market dates; upgraded rooms or suites for up to five nights during Market dates; dinner for two at a Market hotel restaurant; and show tickets for two at a Market hotel.

“Las Vegas Market participants can choose from budget-friendly selections to luxury accommodations, as well as gaming or non-gaming properties – there’s something for everyone,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of gift leasing and chief marketing officer for International Market Centers. “Our ‘Book The Block’ promotion also provides additional rewards for Market-goers with confirmed reservations.”

All reservations must be made through Connections Housing, and be part of a Market block to be entered to win. Guests must utilize the booked reservations to qualify and win.

Winners will be drawn at random during Winter Market, which takes place Jan. 28-Feb. 1. Summer Market is scheduled for July 29-Aug. 2.

Twenty-six prizes were awarded during a similar promotion in advance of last summer’s market. In addition to the grand prize, six attendees won complementary hotel stays, 17 received hotel suite upgrades, one attendee was awarded show tickets for two and an additional winner received dinner for two.
