Flair Enterprises, a producer and importer of upholstery and casegoods, has completed the purchase of a building near Robbins, N.C., and will relocate its North Carolina upholstery factory to the site.
The company said the 150,000 square-foot building will be used for manufacturing and warehousing, and will replace an existing factory in Asheboro, N.C.
The move is expected to be completed early next year.
Flair, a unit of Calgary, Alberta-based Minhas Furniture, also has a factory in Calgary.
The company said the new North Carolina facility also will stock best-sellers in stationary and motion upholstery, dining room, and selected other casegoods products.
