Home Furnishings Startup Dering Hall Raises $1.3M

Dering Hall, the online portal for high-end home furnishings, has raised $1.3 million in financing, according to a recent SEC Filing.
The financing is from an undisclosed investor.
Dering Hall’s platform presents established brands, emerging artisans, design galleries, designers, and architects all in one place. The site provides access to thousands of curated furnishings and design products with its marketplace model, allowing its community to reach new customers, grow their online presence, and gain entry to an e-commerce point of sale.
Dering Hall also markets the services of top-tier interior designers and architects to sophisticated consumers through its designer directory and charges all of its members a monthly subscription fee to promote their products and work via digital marketing, social media and featured editorial.
