Malouf Named One of Utah’s Fastest-Growing Companies

In the last two years, the company has added 150 employees and more than 600,000 square feet of operating warehouse space.

“I think this is the result of having a great work culture and a team of positive, energetic people,” said Malouf CEO Sam Malouf.

“I’m amazed by the good people I work with every day and the great ideas they come up with to meet the challenges that lead to growth. We achieved some high-level goals this past year, but none of that would be possible if we didn’t like each other and love what we do,” Malouf continued.

Sam Malouf, a Home Furnishings Business Forty Under 40 honoree, said the company embraces growth because it positively impacts the quality and efficiency with which it can deliver products to their retail partners, broadens the benefits it can provide employees, and expands the ability to give back through the Malouf Foundation.

Sales growth prompted the formation of the foundation in 2016, and it continues to fuel charitable initiatives.

“Through our giving initiatives, we give greater meaning to our work, and we have found a greater vision and purpose for the company,” Malouf said. “We know that the better we do on the business side, the more we can donate, volunteer and support those in need.”
