Jaipur Living Ready to Christen New Acworth HQ

One year after breaking ground in Cherokee County, rug and home décor supplier Jaipur Living is ready to move into their new 180,000 square-foot Acworth, Ga headquarters and distribution center and has planned a ribbon-cutting celebration for Friday, Aug. 25 at 2 p.m.
The move to Acworth completes the first phase of a two-fold expansion for the rug and textile resource. The second phase of the project, expected to be finished in 2020, will boost the size of the facility to 350,000 square feet.
The total capital Investment for the project is $22.3 million.
With the move, Jaipur Living President Asha Chaudhary said she sought to “build an environment that attracts top talent who want to work with us and flourish in an engaging, creative and energetic space.” The workspace is designed for cross-collaboration among departments, and is loaded with additional features such as an exercise room, showers, lounges, a community center, and outdoor green space, she said.
Founded in 1978, Jaipur Living has been based in the metro Atlanta area for the past decade.
