Officials at International Market Centers, owner of the historic showroom building said Thomasville, Lane and Broyhill are moving to Market Square, where they will join Drexel, Henredon, Lane Venture, Maitland-Smith, Pearson and Hickory Chair, who were Market Square exhibitors at the April market.
“This is the first time all of the Heritage Home Group brands have been under one roof in a long while,” said Julie Messner, senior vice president of furniture and home décor leasing for IMC. “We are thrilled that buyers and designers will be able to visit all of the showrooms in one central location during market.”
The HHG brands, whose showrooms will be on the third, fourth and fifth floors, headline several new and noteworthy exhibitors at Market Square and adjoining exhibit spaces Suites and Market Square and Salon.
Flitch Furniture and Kenneth Cobonpue are among the new exhibitors in the Suites and Salon, while AFD (Art-Furnishings-Décor), Bend Goods, Robin Baron and Alexander Lucent are also debuting new show spaces in the Suites, IMC officials said.
Cur8, an inspirational 900-square-foot design studio, will also launch at fall High Point Market. In this curated space on the top floor of the Suites, buyers and designers will be able to experience a signature mix of IMC exhibitor products including furniture, wall coverings, paint, home décor, rugs and lighting.
“Historic Market Square features 43,000 square feet of higher-end furniture and home décor,” Messner said. “And the Suites at Market Square is an exclusive home for temporaries and one-of-a-kind products. Both showroom locales are top destinations for every market buyer looking for distinctive resources.”
Market Square is also home to Capel Rugs, Thibaut Fine Furniture, Kravet Fabrics, Feizy Rugs, Oomph, Barlow Tyrie and Vispring Luxury Beds.
