Jerome’s Takes Aim at Upper-End Stores with Premier Line

San Diego-based Jerome’s Furniture has launched a private label line called Premier that is aimed at competing with upper-end retailers.

Using the tagline “Luxury for Less,” the new line is available at “Jerry’s Price,” the everyday low-price model the retailer uses for the rest of its product lineup.

“There’s an incredible opportunity to serve customers looking for top quality, very recognizable, premium fashion lines that, until now, were only available at exclusive outlets located in upscale shopping malls,” said Brian Woods, CEO of Jerome’s. “We are bringing these products at a far more affordable price with a very transparent, family friendly experience. We feel very confident in our ability to make a significant impact in this segment of the market.”

The Premier line includes upholstery, case goods, occasional, lamps, wall décor and area rugs.

Woods said all 13 Jerome’s locations in San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties are carrying the new line.
