Customatic Names Brad Mills to Oversee Customer Service

Adjustable bed producer Customatic has named Brad Mills to the newly created position of director of customer care.
Mills, joins the company from Acushnet Co., the Fairhaven, Mass.-based owner of leading golf brands Titleist and Footjoy. Prior to joining Acushnet, Mills was operations manager for Greg Norman Collection.
“Mills’ expertise in exceeding customer expectations will advance Customatic’s customer service to an unmatched level in the home furnishings industry,” said Phil Sherman, managing member for Customatic. “His experience in process management, operations and root-cause analysis approach to problem solving delivers a wealth of knowledge to the Customatic operations process.”
In creating the position and hiring Mills, Customatic is demonstrating its commitment to customer service and to the betterment of its customers’ experience, Sherman said.

Mills reports to Robert Eskridge, vice president and chief engineer of Customatic.
