Englander Sleep Products and Turkish mattress producer Cap Design have signed a licensing agreement enabling Cap Design to manufacture and market Englander-branded products in Turkey, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
According to Englander president and CEO Kevin Toman, Cap Design operates a modern production facility employing more than 250 persons and manufactures mattresses, bed bases and sleep accessories, plus bedroom, living room, dining room and occasional furniture.
“We’re very pleased to announce our new agreement with Cap Design, which owns retail stores in Germany and the Netherlands, and sells major retailers across France, Belgium and its home country,” Toman said. “They are an extremely innovative and professional manufacturing organization, the exclusive distributor of the Versace fashion brand in Turkey, a major vendor to hotels worldwide, and a current licensee of Spring Air in more than 10 European countries.”
After more than 25 years of making “the best possible” sleep products, Cap Design principal Abdullah Tekin said his company is today a major brand known for “guiding, transforming and changing sleep cultures.”
“Our promise to our customers is to provide creative bed designs that deliver the comfort and high quality sleep experience they deserve,” he said.
The new agreement gives Englander 21 international locations. The company also has 12 U.S. factories and coast-to-coast distribution.
