Restonic Inks Continuous Licensing Deal with Taiwanese Producer

Bedding producer Restonic Mattress Corp. and Taiwan-based Stylution Bedding have signed a new licensing agreement that makes Stylution the first permanent, continuous licensee of Restonic.
Under the terms of the agreement, Stylution will have exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the Restonic brand in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
“Stylution joined the Restonic family in 1983 as our first international licensee and this agreement continues our heritage of firsts together, focusing on the value of our long-term partnership,” said Ron Passaglia, President and CEO of Restonic. “Stylution’s security and investment of the Restonic brand is very important to our alliance and we’re looking forward to continuing to support the dreams of many consumers in this part of the world.”
Stylution has been a family-owned and operated manufacturer since 1973. The company was founded in Taiwan and has expanded at a successfully steady rate into Hong Kong, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia. The company also owns and operates more than 150 Restonic-exclusive retail stores.
Both companies said they believe this new agreement will protect the brand integrity of Restonic in this part of the world for generations to come. Restonic is Stylution’s only U.S.-based brand.
