Rugs America to Launch Pet Rug Line

Area rug resource Rugs America is partnering with the Humane Society on a collection of rugs featuring images of popular dog and cat breeds.
The new collection, called Pets@Heart, transforms digital photography of the animals into woven and printed rugs. The company said it believes the lineup of pet rugs is the first of its kind in the industry.
A portion of the wholesale profits from the sale of the rugs will be donated to the Humane Society of the United States, one of the nation's top nonprofits focusing on animal advocacy, animal protection, cruelty prevention and animal rescue.
Pets@Heart will be unveiled at the NY Home Fashions Market, March 27-30, and the High Point Market, April 22-26.
The company's New York showroom is 295 Fifth Ave., Space 1203, while the High Point showroom is in the International Home Furnishings Center, space G-373.
