Flair/Minhas names Mark Price to New Sales, Marketing Post

Case goods and upholstery resource Flair/Minhas has named industry veteran Mark Price to the newly created position of executive vice president of sales and marketing.
In his new post, Price will oversee the sales team and assist with marketing efforts aimed at increasing exposure of the company’s promotional case goods, stationary and motion upholstery, said Bill Minhas, president and CEO of Minhas Furniture House.
“We are pleased to have Mark return to Flair/Minhas in this new capacity,” said Minhas. “Mark assisted us in an advisory capacity for key accounts in 2014 and established the basis for a great business relationship.”
Price has more than 25 years’ experience in the furniture industry, starting his career in the late 1980s with promotional furniture importer Rosalco. He spent many years with Primo International, most recently working in sales and key account management.
Based in Calgary, Alberta, Minhas Furniture operates three warehouses in North America, and has factories in Calgary and Asheboro, N.C. Its product line includes leather and fabric upholstery, bedroom and dining room furniture.
