Pure Talalay Bliss Names 3 Territory Managers

Specialty bedding producer Pure Talalay Bliss -- the direct-to-retail division of Talalay Global -- has appointed Paul Berman, Sami Hamadeh and William Boehle as territory managers.

Berman and Hamadeh will report to Joseph Peterson, who recently was promoted to vice president of sales, western U.S. for Pure Talalay Bliss. Boehle will report to Ed Reardon, newly promoted vice president of sales, eastern U.S. for the brand.

Berman, who is based in Los Angeles, will manage the Southern California territory, including San Luis Obispo, Kern and San Bernardino counties.

A sales veteran, Berman was an independent distributor for Enagic, Inc., an international water technology producer, immediately before joining Bliss.  Before that he worked for Shifman Mattress as a territory sales manager from 2012 to 2014.

Based in Washington state, Hamadeh will be responsible for Washington, Oregon and northern Idaho.  Most recently, he served as a retail experience manager and a national accounts field sales consultant for Tempur-Sealy International from 2013 to 2016.

Earlier, Hamadeh worked as a regional sales manager for Palm Aviation and as a direct sales representative for fitness equipment producer Nautilus, Inc.

Boehle will be responsible for New Jersey, greater New York City and all of New England for the brand.

Based in New Hampshire, Boehle most recently was a sales manager for two America’s Mattress retail stores.  Prior to that he served as a sales representative for Sleepy’s and as a sales manager for Mattress Giant.

“We’re very excited about adding these experienced sales executives to the Bliss sales staff,” said Kim Fisher, chief operating officer. “Each has had either wholesale or retail experience in the mattress industry. This is part of our stepped-up effort in 2017 to substantially boost awareness and demand for Talalay products versus products made with other types of latex.”
