Customatic Adjustable Bedz Creates National Service Team

In response to its rapid growth in the adjustable foundation category, Customatic Adjustable Bedz is beefing up its customer service efforts with a network of 40 brand-dedicated field service technicians in cooperation with Saw Enterprises.

The move will give the company control over team members dispatched to set up and service the company’s product line.

The company said the strategy enables it to offer its customers a dedicated team of professionals to handle their needs, and doesn’t rely on the use of independent contractors. The staff is based throughout the United States, and the geographic distribution enables full domestic coverage, officials said.

“Each of our dedicated technicians have been trained extensively on our wide array of products to ensure a safe, secure and personal delivery, and setup for optimum performance and service,” said Phil Sherman, managing partner of Customatic. “We see this strategy as a perfect move to maintain an impeccable level of service for the consumer.”

A dedicated network of technicians instead of contractors will allow the company better controls over quality of service, response times and training, he explained.

“We’re building in better controls and better service so that we can continue to delight consumers with the Customatic experience from the time they reach out to customer service until the product is installed in their homes,” said Phil McCarty, Customatic managing partner. “We wanted to use service technicians that were totally dedicated to our company to ensure quality and top-notch service across the board.”

“The collaboration between Saw Enterprises and Customatic Adjustable Bedz is what we believe to be the evolution of service for the adjustable bed industry, pioneering new ground for better quality and accountability to lend credibility to the retailers, distributors and manufacturers they represent,” said Saw Enterprises’ Sean Conlon.
