Currey, Bunny Williams Team Up for Licensed Lighting Line

World-renowned interior designer Bunny Williams has signed a licensing agreement with Currey & Company for a lighting collection that will be unveiled at the April High Point Market.

The collection is comprised of approximately 25 pieces, including flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers and sconces.

"Nothing effects the mood of a room more than lighting. It is important to have light coming from several sources: the ceiling, the walls, and the tables. Now, with my designs for Currey, I have a lighting collection that combines to create the perfect glow," said Williams.

She said her inspiration for the collection comes from antique fixtures she has sourced for her design clients over the years. The collection is bold in scale and makes a statement in its broad range of materials from spun metal and brass to rope and carved wood, she explained.

"Our private label furniture line, Bunny Williams Home, has been a leader in the table lamp category for some time and so it was of the utmost importance to select the right partner when expanding into fixtures” said Jen Potter, chief operating officer for Bunny Williams Home. “Currey & Company is a perfect fit in terms of quality, craftsmanship and excellence. We're thrilled to be working together,"

"Everyone here at Currey & Company is thrilled to be working with Bunny Williams and her team on this collection of lighting” added Cecil Adams, Currey’s creative director. “We are looking forward to our ongoing collaboration with one of our industry's most respected design talents."
